Until I get instructions posted on how to do this project, you can use this form to INVOICE for your notary services, or for any business you have.  Enter the information requested.  The page you will generate will be your invoice - you will need to print it out.... OR - Make it into a PDF and save it on your computer!

How?   Down load Free CUTE PDF maker from http://www.acrosoftware.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

Once Cute is installed, you can make it into a PDF --

You will "print" to the Cute Writer option in your printer set up.  Then save it.  It works just like Acrobat/Adobe.  Return to this page and invoice again!
