Mobile Notary Request?

My business is primarily mobile.  I come to you or meet you at a location convenient for you.  There will be a travel charge in addition to the fees allowed by the State of Texas for notarizations.  I will quote this fee to you before we meet.  In most situations I will require cash in payment for the service.

If you do not want to pay the mobile notary travel charge please contact a walk-in type of notary business.  Some you might consider are your bank.

Below are the fees allowed (you can find these at the Texas Secretary of State's website).

Allowable Texas Notary Fees:

Fee Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal

Each notice of protest

Protesting in all other cases

Certificate and seal to a protest

Taking the acknowledgment or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:

(1) for the first signature $6.00

(2) for each additional signature ($1.00)

Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal

All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for

Copies of all records and papers in the Notary Public's office, for each page

Taking the depositions of witnesses, for each 100 words

Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition

All notarial acts not provided for
